Well here is a post a few months in the making! I finally finished the third round of the White’s of Westport Bridal Expo photos! You may have already seen the Salon Serenity photos and the fashion show photos with the amazing models from The Beauty Within Model Management, so here are the detail shots! YUM!

Another thing I love about photography? Learning new cultures! Jessica’s Sweet Sixteen was a new culture for me and what a good time I had! Plus, I got to try out my backdrop again… with steamer! Is there really such thing as too much snow? Nah – we are New Englanders! Suck it up people! Enjoy the snow for all of it’s pure beauty! (yes, I do have to shovel and drive in it as well, but take it in stride!)

And I really have to give it up to her, what an amazing job she does staying cool, calm, and collected, baby on hip, no matter how loud or how crazy things are around her! I admire that! My last wedding of the 2010 season was for Stephanie and Neil at Independence Harbor in Assonet and it was festive! I.H. was decorated for the holidays and made for a beautiful setting. It was a cold November day and the ceremony was in the early evening. Everything was gorgeous including the bride and groom – wow. The vineyard theme was elegant, the speeches and toasts were light and heartfelt, and crowd was full of dancing machines! So enjoy these photos and have a great holiday! Congrats Stephanie and Neil!
ho ho ho! yup it’s almost that time of year! time to be thankful and show your appreciation for those around you who help make you who you are. I’m making this blog ‘specially for my co-workers at Whitman Middle School for their support and continued pursuance of Holly Haddad photographing their children! These are some of the cutest kids known to man – no joke. Each one has taught me something new, or presented a new challenge, and is continuing to help me become a “real photographer.” I owe so much to these little… and not so little! girls and boys and hopefully their moms, dads, and grandmas will allow them to continue to be my lil subjects into the next decade! Photos are taking over my life… but it’s okay! I love it! LOL, it’s funny when you start thinking things like, gee, I’m madly in love with my 2.8 70-200 lens, ALL THE TIME. haha really though I do love photography and enjoy the happiness it brings to my clients as well! This is a good thing as I have much editing and blogging in addition to FINALLY getting around to making my own wedding album/prints! Yes, that was exactly seven months ago today… yowza time does certainly fly!
Anyways, here are my photos of the Swett Family. Zach was such a good brother to his twin brother and sister, Mason and Madelyn. Mason is technically the older of the two yet is not nearly as plump as Madison! WOW does she have some cheeks! LOL What a great family! Enjoy!
This past weekend Chris Donovan of The Eagle in Fall River held a charity event in honor of the non-profit Kid’s World program. All proceeds from the event including the silent auction and Chinese raffle were donated to the Kid’s World program. There were lots of awesome costumes, a magician, and food provided by Riccardo’s. Enjoy the photos!
I am a photography ma-chine! lol I really cannot believe how busy I am! But, loving every minute of it! Today I have some fabulous photos of the sweet McSharry family, friends of a co-worker. Two boys under five and a lil ten month old girl, yowza! But we had a great session and I have the photos to prove it! This first one is a favorite, lol, love the “faces” on the boys! Enjoy!
On 10.10.10 I got to photograph the Dominion Open House which was hosted at the Brayton Point Station. During the open house, Kiewit ran school buses and gave tours of the five hundred foot tall closed loop cooling towers they are building to reduce the temperature of the water going back into the bay. These are some of my favorites from the day… excuse the redundancy of the cooling tower photos but they are huge and very impressive. Enjoy!
This past weekend I spent some time (pre-Pats game that is) with a co-worker of mine’s family. We found some nice spots at Island Park in Abington. The whole Pondelli crew was present, three solid generations! Two grandparents, three moms, three dads, and six kids under six. WOW. LOL – it made for a fun and entertaining session as not all little kids love having their photos taken! Thanks so much for letting me photograph your beautiful family! Enjoy!
