Congrats Missy & Scott!

Welcome back!
Two posts in one day… AMAZING!  Except… I had the other ready to go for a week and forgot to hit publish!  Whoopsies!
Anyhow… welcome to Missy and Scott’s wedding at LaBaron Hills Country Club!  This was my first visit here and was pleasantly surprised for what it held!  The day was rainy, very rainy, so we weren’t able to do photos on the nice grounds, which stunk, but we made do!  This was a fun wedding for me as Missy is one of my best friend’s in the whole wide world’s little sister!  So amazing to see Missy so grown up and down right stunning as a bride!  And Scott, what a lucky guy you are to have this new, awesome family as well as your beautiful bride!

Congrats Andrea & Brenden!

Hello!  Hope you are prepared!  These two beautiful people, combined with tons of hard work by themselves and friends and family made for an amazing wedding and I am so happy I was there to capture it!  Andrea and Brenden are the most charismatic and down right photogenic couple ever!  They just click!  And they clicked with me as well to make for some amazing photos!  In addition, the ladies from Glitz Glam Bridal made the females of group look outstanding, per usual!  I’ll stop with the gushing and just let you enjoy this awesome wedding!  Congrats Andrea and Brenden… and Otis!

What did you do this summer?

Hey!  Long time no see!

Congrats Brittney & Michael!

Hi – Happy August!  (Ugh but not so happy for those of us who go back before September…)  But enjoying what’s left of the summer to the fullest!
Next up on the blog is… Brittney and Michael!  They were married at the Shining Tides in Mattapoisett on a VERY STEAMY July day.  But, we survived and you’d never know it was sweltering by looking at Brittney and Michael.  They were the picture of cool, calm, and collected, and what a gorgeous picture they make!  Brittney looked stunning in her gown, I totally loved it!  And the men with the beige shorts and Sperry’s – how awesome is that?!   I had a great time with these guys and gals… many of which are from the hometown!  I wish Brittney and Michael the best of luck!

Samantha Turns One!

Hi!  Welcome back!  Loving the Olympics!  What great background to edit to!
I know I’ve been a bit behind with posting portrait sessions… so right now I’m starting to dig myself out.  Here is Samantha, one year from her fire fighter shot from last year!  And boy is she cute!  Love her lil teeth!  LOL  Our shoot was a true family affair as grandma and grandpa and auntie were all present to capture this lil sweetie!  So awesome!  I love it when families come “hang out” and help get the star to smile!

Congrats Lee & Kevin!

Welcome back!
Hope you are having an awesome summer!  I am loving this weather!  Though I haven’t gotten to enjoy it nearly enough!  LOL
Anyhow… a big welcome back to the blog for Lee and Kevin!  You may remember Lee and Kevin’s super fun Providence shoot with lil pup Clay?  How cute were they?!  If you thought they were cute then, you will agree with me that they were STUNNING on their wedding day!  And what a day it was!  A big, huge thanks to Angela Greenlaw Photography for being my fabulous second… primary when I had to scoot out early!  My dear husband chose the Forth of July to have his appendix act up, and rupture so this photog had to bounce out a bit early!  No worries for Lee, Kevin or myself as Angela is a fantastic photog herself!  So big thanks to her for making sure all of Lee and Kevin’s fun moments were captured with excellent style!
Lee and Kevin’s wedding took place at the ever beautiful Ocean Cliff in Newport, RI.  Thankfully we did formals beforehand and had lots of time to relax and really capture the beauty of Lee and Kevin both through formals and their touching ceremony.  There are big smiles on everyone’s faces throughout this awesome wedding.  Ocean Cliff had an amazing sunset and I loved the Game of Throne’s table names!

Congrats Helena & Bryan!

Welcome back!
It’s been a hectic week!  But I finally finished with Helena & Bryan’s wedding!  What a fantastic wedding!  Helena is my cousin (Sami’s side) so I was very excited to do this wedding!  You may remember Helena & Bryan from their chilly, Boston Commons engagement shoot!  I’ll let the photos speak for themselves but let me tell you, it was an amazing day and I’m so glad they asked me to be their photographer!

Congrats Jim & Liz!

Welcome back on this stormy Monday!  I absolutely love thunderstorms… though I can honestly say, Shelby (our Olde English Bulldogge) is the total opposite.  She even snuggled up to Elise for comfort… though I’m not sure how much Elise could actually protect Shelby…  Anyhow…
At the beginning of this month I had the opportunity to photograph Liz and Jim’s Linden Place Wedding.  How beautiful!  This was my first event at Linden Place so early in the summer and the roses were amazing!  What a beautiful evening!  Jim and Liz are so lucky to have a great group of friends and family!  The trio of flower girls was a lil out of control on the cuteness scale.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Congrats Mark & Sally!

First wedding of the season!  Woo!
Kicking of the 2012 wedding season with a fun filled day uniting Mark and Sally!  And boy was it a hot one!  Crazy getting these hot days in May!   You may remember Mark and Sally from our Colt State engagement session…
We started out at St Louis de France where the beautiful ceremony was held, had a few formal stops, and finished up at Our Lady of Light for a fun reception!
Sally looked amazing and Mark and his boys def had a fun time.

A Very Special Welcome to HHP’s own Elise Karima!

It is with great pride I introduce our daughter, Elise Karima.
Wow – it is a crazy thing, this parenthood idea.
As I type this, my awesome husband Sami is on his laptop and we work, content and lighthearted as lil Miss Elise sleeps in her hospital bassinet and every now and then we smile as we hear her quiet, lil squeal as she startles herself awake.
Good stuff.
Obv I can’t sit still and had to get some newborn photos and I couldn’t be more pleased with them!  Elise was born on May 4th at 3:47AM, 20 hours post induction.  She weighed 7lbs 7oz and was 21 inches long.  Daddy got to give her her first bottle.  Swoon.
We are so excited to go home tomorrow and start our new lives and introduce Shelby to her new BFF.  lol
We couldn’t be more appreciative of the love and support we’ve received from our family and friends and are super excited to introduce her to all of you.
