Congrats Sarah & Joe! A Newport Beach House Wedding

Welcome back!  Can’t believe I am typing this in the second week of August!  ALREADY?!  I know Sarah feels my pain as do all you other educators out there!  Meet Sarah and Joe!  They were married in Newport at the newly renovated Newport Beach House (formally The Atlantic Beach Club) which is now a Longwood Events venue and is gorgeous!
Sarah and Joe had an awesome sunny Saturday for their wedding, which took place at the Chapel at Salve Regina University followed by a trolley ride to the Newport Beach House.  Guests were entertained and kept on the dance floor by the fantastic band, 7 Day Weekend.  Overall it was a great night and I think everyone was so excited to celebrate with Sarah and Joe!
A few notable memories… Sarah’s aunt and uncle hooking them up with Del’s after the ceremony… Joe’s mom ending their dance with the good ol’ “Hit the Road Jack!” – priceless… Sarah’s amazing rapping skills…  so much fun!

Congrats Audrey and Matt! A Barker Tavern Scituate Wedding!

Hey it’s Friday again!  Wooo!  Though being on summer vacation/maternity leave I’m a bit sad to see Friday’s as it is another week down and closer to leaving my bubs at daycare and going back to work!  Boo!
Annnyhow – meet Audrey and Matt!  What a fun couple with a ridiculously fun bunch of family and friends.  So many things about this wedding were awesome.  The weather was quintessential New England Summer, the guys and gals were stunning and the details were perfect.  And to boot, it was the day before one of my favorite holidays… and Audrey’s birthday!  How fun!  Mallory and I had our work cut out for us capturing the Best Man groove his way across the dance floor and the bride’s dad cut a pretty fancy rug to Rock Lobster (a song I didn’t know existed but now I don’t think I’ll ever forget all eight minutes of it!).  Best of luck to these two love birds!

Tim <3 Sheila! A Pembroke Country Club Wedding!

Meet Sheila and Tim!  They are a super fun couple who got married last month in Weymouth at St Albert the Great’s – followed by a high energy celebration at the Pembroke Country Club.  Mallory and I had a great time capturing these guys and let us tell you, they knew how to celebrate!  What a sweet, fun filled day!

Nick <3 Missy – A Liberty Hotel Boston Wedding!

Summer!  So loving it!  These long days and rides in the Jeep with the top back – I LIVE FOR THIS STUFF!  But, alas – before summer there was Missy and Nick‘s fantastic Liberty Hotel Boston Wedding!  It was an overcast day but spirits and emotions ran high.  Missy and Nick shared the Presidential Suite at the Liberty (but different parts – yes it was that big) to get ready for their big day.  Nicole and I started out there, then after a quick first look, we were off on the trolley to Boston Public Gardens for formals.  Then back to the Liberty for the heartfelt and hilarious ceremony, officiated by Missy’s cousin.  After a few more quick formals we were in the Ballroom and celebrating this perfect match!  It was so awesome to get to know you guys and your fantastic families!  It’s what makes this job so fulfilling!

Congrats Danielle & Chris – a Canoe Club Wedding!

Hi and welcome back!
Sorry for the delay with this gorgeous wedding – as it was shot back in March – but since then HHP has grown!  Myra made her debut on April 10th!  She’s doing great and looks nothing like her big sister!  But we’ll save that post for another day!

Here’s Danielle and Chris on their awesome wedding day!  I had Nicole as my second shooter (and if needed first!) and we started covering their day as they prepped to walk down the aisle.  Afterwards we headed to the Canoe Club in West Bridgewater.  Such a nice place run by super nice people!  The impending rain kept us indoors for the ceremony but we did manage to sneak in formals before it got too dark and started to rain!  Happy photographers!  Then we celebrated and the dance floor was full of happy people supporting Danielle and Chris on their big day.  Best wishes guys!

Congrats Carol & David! A Grandrose Ballroom Wedding

Welcome back – happy almost weekend!
Can’t believe there are only three more weeks til Christmas!  OUCH!  Where does the time go?!  (and can I get a refund?)  LOL

Meet Carol and David and their amazing families!  Carol and David were married last week at the Santo Cristo Chruch in Fall River, followed by a reception at the Grandrose Ballroom in Seekonk.  Their families and friends had a great time and tore up the dance floor!  Even the grandchildren had a blast (hope you mom’s and dad’s got a little extra sleep the next day!)!  I wish them the best of luck!

Congrats Lauren & Colin! A Rhodes on the Pawtuxet Wedding!

Hi and welcome back on this gorgeous Friday!
For you today I have the fabulous wedding of Lauren and Colin that took place last week at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet in RI.  What a gorgeous location!  Love this venue!
Colin and Lauren were amazing and had so many awesome friends and family around to help them celebrate.  Daylight savings time def is not a photographer’s friend, but we stuck it out and did get to do formals outside followed by some inside of the Rhodes.  We were entertained for the night by the awesome Felix Brown Band.  Enjoy and have a great weekend and Thanksgiving if I don’t see ya!  ;)

Chris <3 Lauren! A Providence Biltmore Wedding!

Hi Friends!
Happy November!
I know I said I’d blog more but i hate sharing client’s potential Holiday Card photos… so this year I’ll wait and blog some in January/February to help span the slow season.  Thanks for understanding!

Anyhow – here’s Chris and Lauren!  What a sweet couple!  We had such a fun time in the snow for their engagement photos that I could not wait to photograph them again!  And I was not disappointed!  My second Mallory started out her day with the men and I stared at the Biltmore with the ladies!  From there we headed to St Mary’s of the Bay in Warren, followed by a stunning Colt State Park.  What a gorgeous time of year to tie the knot!  Then we finished up at the Biltmore for a reception in the Garden Room.  I had so much fun with these guys and wish Chris and Lauren years of happiness!!!

Congrats Angela & Steve! A South County Museum Wedding!

Hi friends!
Long time no see!  Sorry!  Busy busy busy!
But – I could not NOT blog this fabulous couple!  See Angela and Steve are one in a million.  Angela and I went to the amazing Plymouth State University together and met through Recreation Programs.  She was one of my best Supervisors for Intramurals!  LOL  Needless to say we had a lot of fun during those three years we worked together.  Well, Angela met this amazing guy Steve, from South Africa, in California and they now live there with their furbaby Cowboy and run an amazing company called Slyde Handboards (check it out!!!).  Well they got married and Narragansett and guess who got to shoot their fun filled wedding?  THIS GIRL!  WOOOO!

Congrats Kristen & Jared! A Bittersweet Farm Wedding

Welcome!  Hope you are all enjoying the fab summer!  I know I am!
